CHANGED Diabetes Curriculum: A Curriculum for Haitian Adults in Need of Group Education about Diabetes

The curriculum was prepared by CCHER and its collaborators. The purpose of this curriculum is to help providers working with Haitian Diabetics addressing psychosocial and mental health relevant concerns related to anxiety, depression and others. The entire curriculum can be obtained in English and Haitian Creole. Each module has its own evaluation tool.
